How to solve instagram flagging my IP as open proxy

I came across a problem while creating multiple instagram account, now i am unable to create any more accounts. Someone suggested me to change proxy. Since I’m super new to internet and stuff i am now sure how to solve this problem. Is there even a free proxy switching service available. Can someone suggest me a solution? Thanks in advance.
