How to screen record mobile app which disbaled it's screenrecording functionality?

There is an called Marrow. The videos only work on app, not on the website. Their app doesn’t work on bluestacks or any emulator. I tried many methods of screen recording but I’m unable to record or offline their videos. Can anybody tell me other methods to download videos in mobile app?

I use Go Record. It is available on the app store and maybe Google playstore. I hope this helps.
