I am also looking for effective solutions. Currently, I use the following strategies:
For Centralized Email Management
- Email Forwarding: I forward all emails to a single account and use filters to organize them efficiently.
To Avoid Account Bans
- Login Management: I log in to multiple accounts on Android devices by cloning the Play Store app.
- Recovery Email: I ensure every account has a recovery email address linked.
- IP Management: I avoid creating multiple Gmail accounts from the same IP address.
- Account Activity: I regularly receive emails to keep accounts active; subscribing to newsletters from a few websites helps maintain regular activity.

what do you do with that number of gmails?
Use Gmail’s “Accounts and Import” settings to fetch emails from other accounts via POP3. This consolidates all emails into a single inbox
Third-Party-Tools like Thunderbird or Outlook support multiple accounts, allowing you to manage all emails in one interface
You can also use Browser-Extensions like Checker Plus for Gmail or multi-account management tools like GoLogin for streamlined access
