VERY FIRST THING YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU UNLINK EVERYTHING AND CHANGE THE PASSWORD

  1. Go to
    https://epicgames.helpshift.com/a/epic-accounts/?contact=1

  2. Fill out everything you will need to as this is what you need

  3. When you select the console make sure you do which ever one you need because im not 100% sure if it resets both but in my case of me resetting accounts it did

  4. When you go to
    “Describe Your Problem”

Paste this

“Someone hacked into my account and linked their playstation account to it, which is making me not able to use my account and want to see of we can reset that so i can have my psn on it”

Now you can elaborate but i keep it short and sweet like
Skylar Valentine (look her up)

  1. Once they respond to your email
    Give them what they ask
    Email
    First Last name
    Epic display name
    And dont do the last part where they ask for the accounts

  2. You will need to respond with this when they ask

  3. " Your IP"

  4. Around Early October

  5. I never made a purchase that had one as i play on console

  6. “Your location”

  7. “Epic display name on it now” or 1 before

  8. I never had a card on it

  9. (REALISTIC DATE ) after i was able to get it back
    8.there are none connected as i had to disconnect them as they werent mine but they were the hackers

Extra : If you play PC and need a purchase on Part 6.3 Connect A Credit/Debit Card and purchase like $10 vBucks or the starter Pack etc
