Postal/Zip code doesn’t match city name”.

I am getting the same message.Tied lot of addresses but failed…I think its prewritten BC as province which is not a US state

After completing courses on LinkedIn learning I completed one course but it seems it does not have any name on the certificate. How can I claim if it was mine. [ I did complete it.]

Got the New York library card. but can’t find the pin. The website provided above fills the state automatically, and it is BC, and there is no way to change it to NY. Should I register with the Canadian address in BC? Or any other way to get the PIN for NY?
Found out that instead of the PIN, I can use the password, and it works. Thanks!
