  2. Contact App Store/iTunes support via Live Chat - https://support.apple.com/contact

  3. Once connected to someone, provide them one of these reasons:

  • a) Unrecognised charge, I don’t know where this is from?
  • b) Accidentally pressed buy! Please help me
  • c) Something along these lines - accident, unknown, etc

  1. They will then ask you to provide order/transaction id, give them this,

  2. They will offer you a full refund back to the original payment method!
