1- Go https://app.unispace.io/

2- Click the icon on down left and choose sign up

3- Sign up with any temp email you want

4- You will receive an activation email

5- You will need a phone number to receive an SMS, you can use your own or a non used online number

6- Click next, next, next… choose .NET tab, on down left choose the version of your VPS

7- Don’t change any thing and click next

8- Wait till the set up is done, then control it using SSH in the web or your putty.
