How to use on windows

Whenever I use Tor I notice my web-surfing runs slow. Of course that makes sense as Tor uses its own network. But I wonder if it is the same using this app? If anyone gets this to work, please let us know. By the way, I have learned that Tor is not a guarantee of complete anonymity. There are cases out there where FBI tracked someone down using security holes in Tor.
