How to Create AliExpress Turkish Seller Account?

Hello everyone! Does anyone here knows How to create a Turkish seller account?
When I try to sign up for an account they ask me to provide some company documents which I don’t have, can someone point out to where I can find the needed documents? and sum up the whole process? I would be really grateful.

You cannot do that, Aliexpress has offfical office in Turkey and agreement with goverment

so you have to input valid Tax Office ID and certification which you cannot generate fake because Turkish goverment does not want to miss any taxation via Aliexpress or btb sales globally.
