Can anyone know how to block software from connecting to internet and also blocking from sending any information from our system?

I use netbalancer to block softwares/apps from using internet

I use Glasswire for that. I have an older version of glasswire which is completely free without updating it.

You can use windows firewall if you are using windows. I use windows firewall inbound and outbound rules to block my camtesia software from connecting online.
