How to block any wordpress content by forcing user to view youtube video ?

Hi,

I’m searching a good way to block (download button) by viewing a youtube video.
I mean, the download (or any other content) cant’ be visible until the user see completly the video

The theme site uses: https://themeforest.net/item/true-mag-wordpress-theme-for-video-and-magazine/6755267

and using Social Locker, Theme claims they have exclusive Video ad plugin before main video.
