How can I upload torrent to telegram remotely

Hey , I was wondering can we upload torrent directly to telegram without downloading and reuploading.
I thought there should be something like @uploadbot for telegram also.

Steps: 1. Take a megnet link from torrent website & copy it
2. Go to seedr.cc website after login into seedr
website paste megnet link into seedbox press 3
menu dot here you will see a download link, copy
that download link.
3. Now open telegram and go to this bot
@url_uploadbot
4. Paste download link there it will start uploading
the torrent file ( < 1.95 Gb file )

            Done
