You need to signup to save emails. It will forward mails to your mailbox too.

It can keep your mail for 7days.

I have been using https://trashmail.com/. It will give you 31 days!, it will also allow to forward mails to your ‘genuine’ email address, quite handy if you forget a username or temp mail login.

Was looking for a good one myself, so far yepmail.co does it for me and getnada. Great Temp mail services
