[HELP] Laptop both SHIFT key stops working

Hi, there fellow Onehacker,

Once again need your help!
Dell laptop both SHIFT keys stop working. Have tried ease of access keyboard settings and updating keyboard drivers. But still not working, is there any other solution to this problem?

Try to press Shift key 5 times to check whether or not sticky keys are enabled. If they are enabled, disable them.

already done that sticky keys are disabled

Hello , you can use AutoHotkey to make any other key as SHIFT key. Like any one of the Ctrl key can be made as Shift . You can download it from here .Further you can refer this.
