I want to know how If/how I can change android phone/iPhone Geographical location permanently. I would appreciate if someone can share with me,thanks.

This can be done via using Static Residential Network proxy on your smartphone, which offers real residential IPs provided directly through ISP’s. These IPs are most suitable for use cases that require permanent, non-rotating IPs, or for whoever needs a small amount of residential IPs.
