Yes you have to complete all the quizz and videos, in order to reach a 100% course progression.
Link to certificate is automaticaly send by Udemy after the course completion.

That depends on the course and the platform itā€™s on. Udemy courses with coupons usually have certification, but free Coursera courses usually donā€™t.
