Stop the HIPS in eset.
Reboot computer
Extract the license.lf into %PROGRAMDATA%/Eset/Eset…/License and paste the file and make it read only.
Restart the HIPS in eset
Reboot computer

Maybe you can disable the extension that is causing the issue & d/L it via browser’s in-built downloader.
couldn’t download the files, always spinning. Anyone can help by uploading it to another File sharing service
It spinning then produce error. I did turn off the adblocker. Maybe better use other service. Thanks anyway.
