If you did not provide your social security number or do not have a social security number then you will need to visit your local campus to retrieve your student identification number.
Please follow these steps to begin the registration process.
STEP 1. Apply for Financial Aid if you think you might be eligible.

(Even if you are not eligible for financial aid, you might be eligible for the enrollment fee waiver.)
STEP 2. Complete the on-line Orientation. You can access the orientation through the college’s website.

STEP 3. Complete placement if you plan to take an English or math class with a prerequisite, or plan to meet with a counselor.
STEP 4. Attend a Group Counseling session and meet with a counselor to develop an Abbreviated Educational Plan (AEP). Call the Counseling Department at (530)634-7766 to schedule a Group Counseling Session. If you have attended another college, please bring a copy of the transcripts with you. During the Group Counseling session, you will review important information like resources available to support you, important deadlines, etc. Immediately after the Group Counseling Session, you will meet with a counselor and develop an AEP. Immediately after your session with a counselor, Peer Mentors will be available to assist you in registering for your classes. Questions? Please email [email protected]
STEP 5. Register for classes using Self Service - Student Planning! Prior to registering, please complete your Student Agreements. Be sure to observe the TEN DAYS TO PAY rule to avoid being dropped from your courses for nonpayment. (Note: If the class has already started, you will need to obtain written permission from the instructor to register. You will not be able to register via Self-Service - Student Planning.)
