It took quite a long time but I finally got my Office 365 access , people you just need to have patience 
I tested it with every apps normally used it is working.
I have been given 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage and the best part is that it will not get lost 
Also if any one else gets any access please send your screen shots to let others gain more patience and belief.

I think it’s safe. I wouldn’t store any personal/important information on there though. The account will most likely be auto deleted once they show you never actually enrolled in a class. I mainly only use these accounts for random file storage and student discounts.

STEP 1. Apply for Financial Aid if you think you might be eligible.

STEP 2. Complete the on-line Orientation. You can access the orientation through the college’s website.

STEP 3. Complete placement if you plan to take an English or math class with a prerequisite, or plan to meet with a counselor.
STEP 4. Attend a Group Counseling session and meet with a counselor to develop an Abbreviated Educational Plan (AEP). Call the Counseling Department at (530)634-7766 to schedule a Group Counseling Session. If you have attended another college, please bring a copy of the transcripts with you. During the Group Counseling session, you will review important information like resources available to support you, important deadlines, etc. Immediately after the Group Counseling Session, you will meet with a counselor and develop an AEP. STEP 5. Register for classes using Self Service - Student Planning! Prior to registering, please complete your Student Agreements. Be sure to observe the TEN DAYS TO PAY rule to avoid being dropped from your courses for nonpayment. (Note: If the class has already started, you will need to obtain written permission from the instructor to register. You will not be able to register via Self-Service - Student Planning.)

What should I do next? How can I retrieve ID from [login.yccd.edu] ? Or do I’ve to wait for another mail without doing anything? (https://login.yccd.edu/) Do I need to complete step 1 to 5? I’m little bit confused here, need your help 
You have to wait for a while to get another mail look at the images in the post you will get similar mail also in your mail too it’s provided you have to wait at least 1hr to get your ID.
Always read the mail properly.
