Edit metadata for video files (Mainly MP4 & MKV)

I have many films i have downloaded but i would like a program to change the meta data as windows wont allow it. (So i’m after something like mp3tag but for video files).

I just tryed vlc i change the tags save and all looks well but if i reopen the file it has reset again.

I use mp3tag for mp4 videos without problems. Give it a try.

If you did not notice more:

  • abcavi181 > For MP4
  • Avidemux > MP4
  • MediaMonkey > Any type
  • mkvtoolnix > MKV
  • My MP4Box > MP4
