Download all study material from a LMS

I’m trying to find a way to download study material from a LMS that I have subscribed to. They may take away my access soon, so I need all the templates and material. Most of them are downloadable through IDM as pdf files, but there are some that are ‘locked’ inside the LMS. At the most, I can maybe take screenshots. Is there are way to download all the study material? They are grouped into different chapters within individual courses.

This happens a lot with LMS platforms — access is about to expire, some PDFs download easily, but others are locked inside a viewer or split across multiple chapters.

For PDFs that can’t be downloaded directly (viewer-only access):
• Use Ctrl+P (Print Page) and save as PDF — works even if download is disabled
• Extensions like Print Friendly & PDF or SingleFile can capture and clean the entire viewer window
• In stubborn cases, open Developer Tools (Ctrl+Shift+I) → inspect the content inside the viewer → extract manually

For HTML-based study materials (slides, flashcards, step-by-step readers):
• Use Save Page WE or SingleFile to save each page as an offline HTML snapshot
• These tools capture full interactive content — even scripts and hidden elements

If content is divided into chapters or modules:
• Tools like UI.Vision (browser automation) can auto-click through each chapter and save them one by one
• Link Gopher (Firefox) helps extract all internal links to batch open/save quickly

For content inside a JavaScript viewer or iframe that blocks right-click/download:
• Use GoFullPage or ShareX to capture scrolling screenshots of the full content
• Some tools allow auto-scroll capture for long pages or slides

The best time to save everything is before the access ends. PDF snapshots, screen captures, saved HTML — it’s better to back it up now than regret later.
