Credit card is not required mate Just follow these steps:

In normal situation when we enroll it will show like this

But we have to click on source link shared by @RagRaw i.e. Below is the full list

then we have to open the courses through the link given in the article. So it will show like this:

After clicking “enroll for free” it will show like this:

Sometimes it won’t show the message " Coursera Together: enroll today and get this course for free." So just refresh the page or close the tab and open the link again.
