You can buy anything from https://www.serverhunter.com/#query=product_type:hybrid+stock:in_stock. Make sure that you are buying with IPV4 so that you can access the server without any issues

I have not seen any reliable RDP less than 10usd month what you can do is there are credits that Azure and google cloud provides you can use those credits run RDPs. it will ask for payment info for that you will have to use BIN or something.

I have not used those things in ages so i am not the right person to give you my advise but i know those tricks still works if i were you i would use youtube and filter out video result uploaded within last 24 hours or one week
