Is it safe to create an aws account with real details and address using i mudra app?
And i can use my own license number or any random details shown in some other form.

Yes, it is safe and secure without sharing card details while ordering aws from virtual card. Generate a physical and/or virtual card by signing up for IRCTC iMudra, even if you use random details or your own.

you’ll get into portal… they’ll deduct rs. 2 but soon after that, they going to suspend your account and ask you for billing details via fax.
