Anybody knows how to crate " Learning playlist" in YouTube. I know how to crate Playlist but dont know how to create " Learning playlist".

If anybody knows, please share your knowledge.

You basically create a normal playlist, set it to public, add the videos you want and set the name of the playlist to whatever you want.
