249 delays detected in HDD

Hello onehackers, Wish you all good.

I need your advice, i faced a problem that the windows stuck in a loop of restarting with error inaccessible boot device, then i went to the technician to install new windows and make a test on my HDD.
the result wast that there were 249 delays detected in HDD.
so is it really required to replace it with new HDD or i can fix it?
